What is the Charity Contribution?

We’ve been fortunate to live, experience, and have different careers that allow experiencing many passions. The one thing that has always been a constant is our love of giving. This product is about sharing joy so we wanted to make sure we all can give back! Since we are animal lovers, we are donating 5% of each sale to the Big Dog Ranch Rescue in West Palm Beach Florida. An amazing organization that does so much good for all those doggies!

What is in your cookies?

We’ve made it a point to use only the best all natural ingredients. Even the leaveners are evaluated for purity. Flavors are either from natural sources alone or combined with a small amount of natural extract. We use only Non-GMO ingredients and we NEVER use corn syrup, shortening or artificial flavors. The cookies range in size from 5-6 ounces. We care about what goes into my body so I care what goes into yours!

Do you make a gluten free (GF) cookie?

We currently offer our Valrhona Doughy Chocolate Chip Gluten Free. Please visit us as we add more to the Gluten Free line!

Do you make a vegan or allergen free cookie?

If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery. We bake all of our cookies equipment which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. You can find the ingredients for each cookie on our Flavor’s page

How long will the cookies be good? Can I freeze them? What is the best way to heat my cookies?

We do incorporate a small amount of Soy Lecithin in each cookie to extend the shelf life with out interrupting the amazing flavor. While they will last for at least 4 days on the counter in a sealed container, moisture does slowly get evaporated. We think it is best to freeze them if they will not be consumed the day you receive them. When a craving hits, take them out and let them reach room temperature before consuming. This is the peak flavor experience. If you want to heat them do so after they’ve completely defrosted. 350 degrees for 5 minutes should do it! Honestly like them at room temperate the best.
